We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Designer with a strong background in graphic design and experience in branding and re-branding. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for developing and maintaining brand identities, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment. This role involves creating compelling brand visuals for various projects, including apparel launches, events, and special campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute branding elements for the Apparel team on a per-launch basis, including hangtags, packaging, PR boxes, and related materials.Lead the creation of branding for major events, with a focus on seasonal campaigns and promotions:Design social graphics (posts, stories, ads) for events and campaigns.Develop logos, stage designs, merchandise, and printed assets.Assist with website creative needs, including resizing photos and videos.Design logos for new fabrics, hangtags, and seasonal overviews.Create exclusive graphic tee designs for special projects.Develop graphics and branding for special events as needed.Edit content across the organization to maintain strict adherence to brand standards.Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and refine brand standards.Oversee all employee-created assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager, Head of Fashion, or Creative Director.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the apparel industry or a similar role.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.Strong understanding of layout design and graphic fundamentals.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Preferred Traits & Characteristics
