IGT has approximately 10,500 employees.OverviewIGT is looking for a digital marketing professional to support day-to-day marketing operations for the digital lottery product with our customer at the Rhode Island Lottery. In this role, the individual will be accountable for supporting key growth initiatives within the overall digital lottery marketing plan, running content testing and introductions, crafting and maintaining promotional and communications calendars, and developing and implementing player marketing campaigns.We are looking for someone with passion, energy, and insightfulness, who can bring fresh ideas and an analytical mentality. This person works closely with a growing portfolio of interactive products for the Rhode Island Lottery.ResponsibilitiesSupport overall business growth by contributing to the overall growth plan for the customer’s digital lottery product.Understand all product offerings and find opportunities for player experience improvement.Test new game content and lead all releases, working closely with delivery and studio teams.Build and maintain a monthly promotional calendar in line with the overall marketing strategy. Successfully operate and implement all promotions.Proactively understand and address issues, challenges, and threats to business growth. Understand data reporting elements and use them to identify new focus areas for growth.Implement player communication campaigns via multiple channels. Supervise and understand metrics and opportunities for improvement.Work with IGT Call Center and customer to address player questions and issues.Collaborate optimally with cross-functional team members to identify and implement customer experience improvements and issue resolution.Qualifications2+ years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795- $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
