We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for a software/tech startup in Birmingham that is growing rapidly.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain marketing website and pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.Analyze website performance and implement/optimize digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with designers and the marketing team for branding and design.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and growth hacking.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketer with knowledge of technical principles.Some proficiency in areas such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing principles.Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and optimization techniques.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Ability to work at a SaaS startup and wear multiple hats.
