Would you enjoy working on a collaborative team while representing the Huntsville market for a Top 100 professional services firm?BMSS Advisors & CPAs is looking for an Audience Development Coordinator to support the Huntsville market's public relations, business development and event management needs. Duties for this position will include planning and helping to execute events, supporting the marketing and business development efforts of the Huntsville team, and assisting with the firm's many Audience Development initiatives.Summary:
The Audience Development Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Audience Development and works closely with other members of the Audience Development team.This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a resourceful and driven professional to contribute to the overall branding, communication, digital and business development success of the Firm.Necessary Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Minimum of two years of marketing and/or event management experience.Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and WordPress.Ability to create graphics within firm's brand standards.Self-starter, highly organized, and detail oriented.Educational And Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.WordPress editing and creation experience is appreciated.Seniority level
