POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the Marketing Department with a focus on social media and brand partnership management with a local community integration for the OCC brand and physicians along the Colorado Front Range.

Essential Functions

Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and goals.Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.Triage inbound messages/requests within the OCC organizationDeveloping and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights, etc. to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.Helps implement marketing plans in coordination with the marketing director and key stakeholdersUnderstand market drivers and create tailored messagingHelp measure and assess marketing strategies to track and optimize effectivenessSupport practice development and growth with business analytics, consumer insight and market analysisAssist in the development of marketing budget, track and monitor marketing related expenses and ROIMeet with local physicians and other referral sources to promote and educate facility services and nurture the relationshipBuild and maintain relationships with specialists, surgeons, and athletic targets to refer patients with confidenceArrange and lead public relations campaign and awareness effortsSupport practice development and growth with business analytics, consumer insight and market analysisAssist in the development of marketing budget, track and monitor marketing related expenses and ROIMeet with local physicians and other referral sources to promote and educate facility services and nurture the relationshipBuild and maintain relationships with specialists, surgeons, and athletic targets to refer patients with confidenceArrange and lead public relations campaign and awareness efforts

Required Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business, or minimum of 2 years of experienceProven work experience in Marketing and Lead GenerationExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to apply creative thinking and imagination to campaign development, planning and execution with focus on target audienceStrong interpersonal skills with strong focus on the customer/clientExcellent listening and strategic thinking skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience working with teams and in collaborative efforts to achieve resultsAbility to work independently, networking and calling on all resources/contacts needed to successfully achieve objectivesResults drivenStrong Microsoft Excel SkillsStrong experience reviewing and interpreting marketing analytics dataProficient in basic Microsoft Office Suite programs
