Wellington International is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our graphics team. The role of the graphic designer is to update existing materials and to create new designs for the Wellington International brands (including the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF), Adequan Global Dressage Festival, Equestrian SportProductions (ESP) Annual Series Circuit, White Horse Catering, and Gold Coast Feed). The graphic designer will also provide production assistance as needed in the on-site print/sign shop. This position reports directly to the Production Manager and is hybrid (remote as well as on-site at Wellington International in Wellington, FL).The Position

To be successful in this role as the Graphic Designer, you must be organized and have strong communication skills. The right candidate will be an exceptional team player and have experience in designing for both print and digital media.

Some of the Materials Produced by the Graphic Designer includepublications, newsletters, visitor guides, ads (print and digital), promotional materials, menus, wine lists, signs, posters, flyers, brochures, back numbers, fillable forms, stationery and business cards, invitations, announcements, and ticket headers, among others.Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:Update existing materialsDevelop new designs that promote the brand and adhere to the brand standards and create consistencyPrepare files for digital, print and signageFacilitate the design proofing and production processAttention to detailCollaborate with internal departments and work well as part of a teamProvide production support in the print & sign shopRequired Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)Strong understanding of digital and print mediaEffective time managementMeets deadlines efficientlyWell-organized and professionalAdditional Duties and ResponsibilitiesSpecial projects as designated by the Production ManagerOther duties as specified by the Production ManagerAbility to work at a desk as well as operate machinery in the print and sign shopsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate deadlines associated with events.An Equal Opportunity Employer
