Digital Marketing Manager - Yarnfield ParkPart Time (24 hours per week, working over 3 days) - hybrid role

This role is targeted on ensuring that our online presence through social media, website, SEO and PPC is always at the forefront of our marketing efforts and lead generation targets.

Yarnfield Park is a Conference and Event venue which is conveniently located and easily accessible from Stone in Staffordshire, just minutes from the M6.

Set in the quiet village of Yarnfield, the 336-bedroom Hotel has 53 conference, event, and training rooms with the 2 largest spaces holding 400+ guests. The hotel has a very strong and diverse base of clients and with the launch of ‘CONNEX’ our new conference and training space we now can have over 2000 guests on site per day.

Great things happen when people get together in our spaces to meet and spaces to sleep at Yarnfield Park. From conferences, meetings, training, and every business event in between our venue provides an informal atmosphere where you and our guests can be themselves.

More about the role:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with content to enhance the online presence and visibility of Yarnfield Park across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and search engines.

Lead the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns to drive bookings, increase occupancy rates, and maximise revenue for the venue.

Manage the creation and optimisation of digital content, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email campaigns, to engage target audiences and drive conversion.

Create and implement a social media framework and content calendar for the venue that supports engagement and attracts new followers.

Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend and ROI.

Collaborate with the GM and management team to develop pricing and promotional strategies that align with digital marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.

Oversee the management of Yarnfield Park’s website and CRM system, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) and provides an exceptional user experience across devices.
