We are poised for unprecedented growth and expansion in the coming year.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Designer to lead our UX design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, a deep understanding of the gaming industry, and the ability to drive the creation of exceptional user experiences. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and mentor a team, while also contributing hands-on to the design process.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentConduct and oversee user research initiatives to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable design strategiesDevelop and implement comprehensive UX strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, aligning with the overall vision and goals of our gamesCreate and oversee the production of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experienceWork closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate UX design seamlessly into the development processPlan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs to continually improve the user experienceMaintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, user research findings, and design decisionsMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Game Design, or a related field5 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping toolsExcellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesProven ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testingCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Requirements:
