Inglewood, California, United StatesThe NFL Marketing Strategy and Science (MS&S) team sits at the center of NFL’s marketing organization driving the overall strategy, planning, and performance efforts. The Consumer Media group within the MS&S team serves as the NFL’s Media Planning & Activation Center of Excellence. The team manages all paid, owned and partner media assets to drive maximum performance effectiveness & efficiency.We are seeking a Digital Media Activation Associate to help plan, implement and track our digital media activity across all campaigns.ResponsibilitiesServe as in-house digital media buyer for any/all media buys managed internallyDevelop tactical channel plans leveraging ad inventory from the NFL’s owned channels (NFL.com, NFL app) and digital partner inventory (OTT, social platforms & display partners) across NFL business prioritiesDevelop, schedule, and traffic the NFL.com marketing/house display and pre-roll banner campaign insertion ordersManage the scheduling and trafficking process for NFL partner digital media inventory including OTT and display partnersManage the documentation & reporting tied to media inventory management (weighting, flighting, targeting, etc)Manage workflow and communication with internal stakeholders & external partners to ensure deadlines are efficiently and consistently metPartner with Media Strategy team and other channel owners to ensure owed and partner inventory is leveraged holistically with any/all other inventory and aligned to Marketing prioritiesPartner with Performance Marketing team and agency partners to ensure best-in-class targeting, personalization, and measurement of all digital inventoryAid in the management/oversight of media agency led media buys, ensuring executional excellenceRequired Qualifications5+ years of relevant media buying experienceProven record of executing successful paid social campaigns driving positive business resultsStrong knowledge and hands on experience working in social ad platformsExperience in managing biddable media buys outside of social is preferredInternational media buying experience a plusOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsObsessed with driving resultsFlexibility to adjust in an ever-changing media and sports landscapeA strong interest in media and how fans interact with itTravelLimited to no travel requiredTerms / Expected Hours of Work40 hours/weekSome weekend & night work required during the seasonSalary / Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
