Multi Media Specialist - Bilingual Preferred (Redbird) Onsite

Job DescriptionCreate and edit multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and audio materials, to support program initiatives and marketing efforts.Collaborate with program staff to develop compelling content that highlights participant success stories, program events, and key achievements.Manage the organization’s social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts that engage and inform our audience.Design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads, to promote program activities and events.Assist in the production of virtual and in-person events, including setting up audiovisual equipment and live streaming.Maintain and organize a multimedia library of photos, videos, and graphics for easy access and use by the team.Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the organization's branding and messaging guidelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia content creation and social media management.Provide technical support for multimedia-related projects and tasks as needed.
