This role is responsible for generating quality inbound lead flow through partnerships with lead-generation marketing partners (affiliates) and PPC advertising tactics. The Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for finding new and managing current partner relationships and associated programs to increase leads and ensure monthly forecasts are met/exceeded.
Core Responsibilities:
Find, vet, onboard, and manage a wide variety of affiliate marketing partners.
Manage all facets of affiliate marketing relationships and be responsible for meeting or exceeding lead generation budgets and target marketing KPIs.
Negotiate best pricing from all affiliate marketing vendors and manage all contracts and renewals.
Manage PPC campaigns/marketing efforts through the optimal blend of resources and approaches.
Prepare performance analysis reports and partner/PPC marketing scorecards and make recommendations to ensure budget projections are met/exceeded.
Ensure all online listings and Improveit content on each partner site are optimized, continually updated, and accurate.
Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.
Ensure affiliates are using marketing tactics that align with our brand reputation.
Ensure affiliates are maintaining TCPA compliance standards.
Manage tracking methods for all affiliates and PPC campaigns.
Continuously grow in job-related professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends.
Work closely with Call Center Management when vetting and launching new partners.
Provide training and create/maintain appropriate support materials for all partner programs.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Highly self-motivated to meet/exceed quotas and goals.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
Ability to work well without supervision.
Confident, driven, and dynamic leader.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new marketing opportunities.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or relevant work experience.
Proven track record of success in senior marketing or sales/business development roles.
Fundamental understanding of profitability.
Working knowledge of online lead generation practices and digital marketing.
