The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.

The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).

We are currently on the lookout for a highly conceptual, high-performing Art Director to join the D3 fold. Here, art directors are charged with developing visual identities, refining aesthetics, exploring design languages, and crafting layouts across a wide variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), while working closely with their creative, account, strategy, and social teams. And at D3, Art Directors aren’t just “wrists.” They brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and work alongside their copywriter partners to develop the messaging for everything.

The brands this position will cover are Stacy’s, Funyuns, Ruffles, Jack Links, Fritos, Rold Gold, Doritos, and Cheetos for retail and Variety Pack.Responsibilities

Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brandsResearch and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetingsCraft original looks and designs across a range of mediaWork within established brand guidelines to create new and fresh designs for existing brandsCollaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final productPresent concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasionRevise designs based on internal and client feedback/directionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trendsCompensation & Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications
