Primient .About the Role: We are seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to oversee internal communications for our operations and supporting teams. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content that fosters our organizational culture, supports brand recognition internally, and informs and motivates our employees.Main Responsibilities
Curate compelling internal communications such as newsletters, PowerPoints, bulletin boards, and intranet pages.Develop strategic communications plans to effectively communicate organizational news and changes.Implement communication strategies to bolster employee confidence, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.Lead the planning and execution of integrated communications for corporate activities and company events.Support internal campaigns, new announcements, launches, events, and promotions.Provide communication consulting services to internal customers.Respond to communication-related issues in a timely and effective manner.Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.5 - 8 years' experience in professional writing and proofing.Demonstrated ability to drive and execute communications strategy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Value diversity and embrace an inclusive work culture.Seniority level
