Minneapolis, MN/Charlotte, NC/Phoenix, AZWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design, including content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures and deliver narrower impact tasks and deliverables within experience design.Responsibilities:
Participate in low complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables in experience design.Receive direction from supervisors and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Provide support in content design, digital publishing, editing, proofreading, internal communications, and basic ServiceNow functions.Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in all design deliverables.Required Qualifications:
Experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.Proficiency in copywriting, editing, proofreading, and internal communications.Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and best practices.Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform.Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined parameters.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
