POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand reputation, and strengthen market position. This role requires a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams, as well as a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional media.

Oversee brand management and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.

Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective lead generation, nurturing, and customer relationship management.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to achieve business goals.

Develop and execute revenue marketing strategies to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Analyze customer data and market insights to identify high-value target segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.

Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.

Measure and report on revenue marketing performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and impact on business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record of success.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience in Design Technology and/or Connected Data is preferred.

Knowledge of specific marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).

Experience in leading marketing teams.
