Key Job Functions of a Director of Marketing
Execute Facebook Ads for open clubs Optimize Facebook audiences for lowest CPAResearch additional digital advertising platformsProvide training and resources for the field as deemed necessaryVisit clubs to provide further social media trainingComplete weekly and monthly reportingUpdate dashboards and reporting spreadsheets accordinglyPresent analytics to management on a weekly and monthly basisWork with department heads to create content for personal training and group fitnessDirect monthly social media targetsMonitor club sales reports with the marketing teamOptimize pages for prospect generationWhat we look for in a Director of Marketing
Proven track record of revenue-driving resultsWillingness to travel our marketsStrong written and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locationsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activitiesAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated businessSenior level marketing experience requiredBachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related fieldThe Ways You Can Benefit:
