Anywhere model, KCF employees are spread across 27 different U.S states. We advocate for owning your work - you define how you do it and where you do it.Essential Functions:Drive UX/UI design efforts across multiple products for enterprise level web and mobile software experiences serving customers in the IIoT space.Present design concepts and clearly articulate ideas for ideal user experiences to leaders, developers, and product stakeholders to implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals.Remain informed of current design trends and best practices, demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking, and inspire creative thinking and problem-solving skills in teammates.Conduct user research by identifying appropriate candidates, framing research questions, leading user interviews, facilitating usability testing sessions and validating design decisions.Create a variety of UX/UI project artifacts, including digital whiteboard sketches, process flows, journey maps, and wireframes that result in both low and high-fidelity prototypes.Conduct independent and collaborative research and analysis on all aspects of the user experience.Frame user problems then translate into visual designs that deliver on customer needs.Qualifications:Proven experience (7+ years) as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables for enterprise software applications (web and mobile)Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design for complex user workflowsExperience conducting user research and usability testing, and a strong ability to translate insights into actionable design improvementsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiencesProficiency in FigmaPossess a high attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsExperience working in an Agile development environment preferredAt KCF Technologies, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
