the ultimate goal of booking calls with sales leadershipFilter in- or under qualified leads through phone conversationTrack and report on key outreach and close metricsCreate role-related SOPs and edit / update them on an ongoing basis** Perform other tactical sales and sales-marketing related tasks as ne **ededMust-Haves:3+ years experience in influencer outreach /phone outreach / an Appointment Setter or BDR outreach roleDemonstrated experience achieving and exceeding quota in a sales outreach role1+ years experience using HubSpot (or similar tool) for contact / pipeline managementBasic - intermediate Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline management and reportingStrong written and verbal English communication skillsNice-to-Haves:Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
