Product Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive the success of our products in the market. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure our products meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively position our products, communicate their value proposition, and drive demand.Why we’re hiring for this role:

The Product Marketing function is crucial for driving product success, market penetration, and revenue growth by aligning product strategy with market needs and effectively communicating the value of the product to customers.In the short term you will:Onboarding and Immersion : Get acquainted with company culture, processes, and team dynamics. Meet with key stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, marketing colleagues, and executives. Immersion into the DHI’s products, target market, and existing marketing strategies.Market and Product Deep Dive : Spend time deeply understanding the market landscape, including customer segments, competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics.Product Familiarization : Understand DHI’s products and services, including studying product features, benefits, use cases, and value propositions.Collaboration and Alignment : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and buy-in for the GTM strategy. This involves regular meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather input, address concerns, and refine the strategy.Initial Projects and Deliverables : Start working on initial projects and deliverables that contribute to the GTM strategy. This could include developing marketing collateral or creating sales enablement materials.Building Relationships : Focus on building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. This includes establishing rapport with sales teams, fostering partnerships with marketing agencies or vendors, and networking with industry influencers or thought leaders.In the long term you will:Website Product Experience:

Act as key point person in Product Marketing to evolve dice.com to support the customer journey and improve conversions on the site.Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. Define target audience, channels, and tactics to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.Product Positioning & Messaging : Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our products that resonate with target customers. Create differentiated value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our products.Marketing Collateral:

Create marketing collateral such as sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and website content. Ensure all content accurately reflects the needs of our personas and key benefits of our products.Sales Enablement:

Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products. Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product sheets, webinars and videos.Campaign Support:

Support product messaging for marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive customer acquisition. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign messaging, content, and creative assets.Market Insights:

Use data and the voice of the customer to understand customer behavior and market dynamics to create competitive advantage for the Dice brand.What you bring to the team:

Required:Proven experience in product marketingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasivelyProven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teamsProficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce and MarketoPreferred:Experience in product marketing in the technology industryDenver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance.
