Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is an exciting collaborative opportunity, working in coordination with leadership and the Strategic Planning, Marketing and Communications team to develop data-driven marketing strategies. This position will allow you to creatively drive program growth, customer engagement and loyalty by utilizing multiple marketing and communications channels.

Responsibilities

You will consult with Business Unit leaders, senior executives, physicians and other leaders across the organization in developing and implementing marketing strategies for assigned complex, highly significant business initiativesYou will provide leadership in program planning and marketing strategy development. Aligns assigned Puget Sound MMA business goals into actionable and measurable marketing plans, with a focus on ROIYou will coordinate activities associated with market plan development, which includes prioritizing market segments to develop marketing plans for key services and presenting plans to key leadershipYou will create and implement tactical plans and programs to reach key markets via a range of customer promotion and engagement approachesYou will collaborate with the Customer Insights Manager to design and direct consumer insights research plans

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fieldMinimum ten (10) years of experience working in a strategy, marketing or public relations departmentHealth care marketing experience preferred, but not required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $86,944.00 - $125,091.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
