Marketing ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive rentals and maximize ROI for our real estate properties. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing plans, managing advertising campaigns, and working closely with property managers to ensure alignment with property goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy Development:

Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote properties and increase occupancy rates.Advertising Management:

Design and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and print media, to reach target audiences and drive results.Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.Content Creation:

Develop engaging and high-quality content for property listings, social media channels, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.Event Coordination:

Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, open houses, and other marketing initiatives to generate interest and attract potential renters.Collaboration:

Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with property goals and overall business objectives.Reporting and Analytics:

Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-efficient and within allocated resources.Travel:

Willingness to travel to multiple locations as assigned, including Los Angeles County, Riverside, Bakersfield, and other regions as required.Skills and Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing or property management marketing is preferred.Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Technical Proficiency:Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.Creativity:

Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.Compensation:Salary Range:

$107,000-$139,000 Annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits:
