Reporting directly to the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and engagement through captivating visual content and strategic social media management.Essential Responsibilities of the Digital Content Creator:Capture, edit, and organize high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes, ensuring consistency with the brand’s style and messaging.Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Houzz, and Google My Business) using a content calendar.Plan and execute automated email campaigns, including monthly newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotions.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, promotional materials, and advertisements.Engage with social media followers and monitor online conversations.Apply creative problem-solving and design thinking to enhance marketing solutions.Maintain consistency in brand style and language across all marketing efforts.Support Client Relations representative with phone and CRM system, as needed.Qualifications of the Digital Content CreatorMinimum of three (3) years of experience in social/digital media marketing with a portfolio showcasing previous work.Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.Proven experience in creating captivating content for various social media platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, Marketsharp, Adobe PDF forms, Canva, and video editing software.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members across departments.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional development.Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle in working order to travel to work and to various job sites.
