Job Description Boston CollegeCenter for Corporate Citizenship seeks an energetic, creative, proactiveteam-member eager to improve use of analytics in marketing and memberengagement. The Marketing Database Analyst manages the administration of the BostonCollege Center for Corporate Citizenship’s database platforms to ensure accuracyand strengthen business processes. They ensure that the Center’s databaseprocesses are effectively contributing to its overall goals, overseesimplementation of new systems, and provides insights through statisticalanalysis and reporting to improve overall decision making. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing the Center’s CRM(Customer Relationship Management system), as well as its suite of marketingplatforms to ensure system integrity, security and continued improvement. They willidentify areas of integration, and execute strategies to collect and connectmeaningful metrics to determine future decision making. They will regularlyconduct in-depth analysis using statistical processes to identify trends andinform future strategy, and will enable the Center to reach its audienceseffectively by creating segmented lists and reports.

Department: 057401 – Ctr-Corp Citizenship Position: 00013358 – Marketing Database Analyst Grade: 3RD Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $63,800 to $79,750; salary commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of professional database management experience, training in HTML and CMS systems. Candidate must also have: Ability to manage priorities and workflows Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets using statistical processes Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced MS Excel), CRM system (preference for Microsoft Dynamics), system integration software (preference for Scribe), email marketing systems (preference for ClickDimensions) some programming experience a plus Ability to create, track and optimize campaigns in CRM (Customer Relationship Management System), Google Adwords / Analytics, email marking systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Closing Statement Boston College offers a broad and competitive range of benefits depending on your job classification eligibility:
