Key Job Responsibilities
Own educational content roadmap, design, development, and optimization.Lead requirements gathering meetings with curriculum stakeholders to define the appropriate learning objectives, modalities, and expectations.Lead both internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop high-quality training content that meets the learning objectives.Dive deep into Amazon marketplaces and Amazon Global Seller Experience products, such as Global Registration Experience, Global Listing Tools, Selection Guidance, and Global Shipping Solution.Keep up with the latest trends in education/certification and development technology.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in an instructional design/curriculum development role or similar, including significant experience in creating educational content.- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.- Outstanding verbal and writing skills in Korean and English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid experience in managing complex programs in a fast-paced and changing environment.- Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials and content, including creating instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.
