Role Overview
In this contract position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing activities, including:Marketing Materials:
Design and create engaging market reports, letters, print ads, social media posts, and plan events.Media Production:
Capture and edit photos and videos for social media, including adding captions and transitions.Event Support:
Assist at open houses and other events by greeting guests, directing them, handing out giveaways, and filming (within non-licensee allowable activities).Online Presence:
Update and maintain the company website and online profiles.Client Testimonials & Case Studies:
Gather and produce compelling testimonials and case studies.Additional Tasks:
Occasionally, you'll assist with marketing and media tasks related to personal training, blending your skills in both real estate and fitness.Desired Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in market research, sales, and marketing.Meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.Genuine interest in real estate and a healthy lifestyle, including fitness and working out.Experience with social media marketing, photography, videography, and basic video editing.Hours
