Develop innovative digital marketing plans that support business objectives and employ best practices.

Identify opportunities to drive traffic to VEGA digital channels

Increase inbound lead generation and customer interactions

Work closely with team members on campaign deployment and analysis for continuous improvement

Create and share relevant content calendars with interested parties

Maintain working knowledge of Content Management System and assist with website development as needed, including landing pages, myVEGA portal, and LiveChat software

Manages execution of digital initiatives with agency partners and provides primary vendor management.

Lead email marketing efforts from concept through execution .

Create content for email messaging including subject lines, content, form building, and calls to action

Own list building and opt-in strategy and compliance requirements per country of business

Evaluate targeting and segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness

Ensure efforts align with global corporate standards and software integration opportunities

Provide input on SEO and SEM activities to optimize our presence and improve new visitor acquisition.

Support the team's efforts to improve organic search results and conversion rate for all digital channels * Identify and support paid search opportunities

Assist with corporate website audits and provide recommendations

Create social media strategies across company LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and recruiting pages.

Write posts and increase social media interactions with customer base

Advocate for increased internal social media adoption and interaction

Work with team to monitor online reviews and feedback

What you'll need:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

AND one to three months related experience and/or training,

OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in the following computer software programs:

Microsoft Office Products

Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
