Performance Marketing Specialist

Topaz Labs produces AI imaging technology that helps over 1 million paying customers (including teams at Apple, Netflix, and NASA) maximize the visual quality of over 1 billion photos and videos. We are profitable and growing fast, with strong product-market fit and a vast market in front of us.As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will manage paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, as well as other growth channels. In this role, you'll effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the Brand and Marketing lead to maximize ROAS and customers acquisition. You'll also be an expert in A/B testing different approaches, and help us maximize our paid search.What you'll do

Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsManage online advertising campaigns across various channelsOptimize advertising budgets to achieve ROAS goalsAnalyze data and prepare reports on campaign effectivenessBuild creative and effective keyword and search advertising campaignsImplement conversion strategies and improve marketing resultsResearch and analyze competitors and identify new promotion opportunitiesCoordinate external advertising agency activities when neededTest new marketing tools, new ideas, new solutionsAbout you

3-5 years of experience in conducting online search and keyword marketing campaignsAbility to analyzing marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Rockerbox)Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize non-brand keyword campaignsStrong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads/Meta/LinkedInAnalytical thinking and ability to test and iterateCreativity and ability to create effective advertising contentAwareness of trends and innovations in SEM marketingReadiness for continuous improvement and professional developmentAbility to conduct competitive analysisExperience in e-commerce is a a plusExperience in photography or videography is a plus (but not required)This is a unique role for the right person to apply their marketing leadership to accelerate an already high-growth company.
