Project Management

• Work directly with advisory and marketing team leadership to develop, track and maintain project plans and deliverables; maintain and update schedules, and communicate project milestones.• Assist Director of Marketing & Communications and advisory team leadership in developing annual marketing plans and budgets.• Develop and execute direct mail programs under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director (market commentary, contact emails, client alerts, client and employee surveys, etc.).Event Planning

• Coordinate and maintain Ehlers’ consolidated marketing and conferences calendar; drive associated tasks to completion on time and on budget.• Coordinate all Minnesota Municipal Finance and School Finance Team conference participation, including booth materials, registrations, lodging, and promotional materials.• Execute corporate event planning and logistics under the direction of Ehlers’ Director of Marketing & Communications. This includes all client and internal events.• Serve as Ehlers’ representative or “host” for seminars, conferences and internal events, as directed.Marketing Communication

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants needed to successfully complete Marketing initiatives.• Prepare and edit conference, seminar and client presentations.• Assist in the preparation of Ehlers’ client work product, as needed (plans, reports, etc.).• Manage and update Ehlers-inc.com public website, as well as Ehlers’ intranet (OneSource)Requirements

Education:Experience:Knowledge/Skills:Well-developed interpersonal skills that create and maintain positive relationships with clients and other professionals.Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.Ability to take high-level direction for marketing goals and create tactical projects to achieve them.Ability to analyze technical data and develop creative solutions.Excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office software platform, including intermediate to advanced PowerPoint.Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge)Exceptional attention to detail, care and accuracy in completing tasks.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks so that deadlines are met and essential work is completed.Physical Demands:Perform stationary work 90% of the time using a computer and applicable office equipment.Move about inside the office 10% of the time to access files, office equipment and communicate with colleagues.5% travel as needed to represent the company and department at seminars, client interviews, conferences, etc.Occasionally lift 25+ pounds of conference supplies and materials, as needed.Ready to Apply?
