As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and launch products that are vital to our merchants' success. You'll be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and crafting go-to-market strategies for new products and features. With a high degree of ownership, accountability, and visibility, you'll work across the organization and with senior leaders to drive awareness and adoption.Responsibilities

Establish feedback loops with cross-functional stakeholders to define product scope and understand product-market fit.Lead go-to-market planning for new launches, including positioning and messaging, competitive overviews, persona building, marketing & campaign planning, and sales enablement.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales colleagues to drive cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet growth objectives for major product initiatives.Own product positioning and messaging to drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers.Partner with Brand & Content teams to develop marketing assets and content that support product awareness and customer acquisition and engagement goals.Become an internal expert on the market, understanding the competitive landscape to uncover our unique differentiation and market size opportunities.Build positive relationships across the organization and lead cross-functional team projects.Track, evaluate, and report on performance to internal stakeholders and leadership.Qualifications

A balance of creative instincts and analytical orientation.Highly efficient at data analysis to assess market opportunity and make pricing recommendations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-growth, constantly changing startup environment.Data-driven, with the ability to set goals, measure results, and leverage data to make decisions.A passion for hospitality and a desire to help small businesses grow.Experience

1-2 years of Product Marketing experience.3+ years of relevant startup experience in marketing, sales enablement, or product development.SMB marketing and restaurant experience is a plus.Education

BA/BS degree required.What We Offer

Our base pay range is $100,000 - $120,000 for this role.Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
