We are looking for an experienced, hands-on product marketing director who would like to join our business leadership team. In this role, you will need to bring together strong writing skills with a deep understanding of storage use cases to drive effective sales enablement and lead generation programs. The position is based in Israel or the USA (preferably Israel).Responsibilities

As a focal point at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product management, articulate Lightbits’ value proposition to customers and partners with creative and effective content.Lead the development of product messaging, differentiated value propositions, and overall content strategy targeting specific customer segments and other audiences such as analysts, media, and partners.Educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.Create product content (e.g., sales enablement assets, battle cards, play books, sales prospecting kits, product videos, competitive material, SWOT analysis, solution briefs, datasheets, whitepapers, website content, blog posts, social media posts) to articulate the benefits of our products.Create competitive analysis, gather, validate, and evaluate product/market requirements through market and customer research, competitive and product research.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer-facing technical teams to gain market, competitive, and customer insights and translate that into outcomes that drive unique value proposition, differentiation, and market share growth.Drive new product launches internally from a sales enablement perspective and present the product(s) and service(s) to all audiences ranging from exec level (C-level) to technical audiences for end customers, partners, and integrators, analysts, and media requiring excellent communication skills.Drive measures (KPIs) to quantify Go-To-Market success and strategies to deliver customer delight.Collaborate with Marketing on the execution of integrated multi-channel growth campaigns that maximize pipeline and new sales opportunities using various platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Display, Content syndication, and more.Collaborate with the BDR team to generate, nurture, and manage leads to increase the efficiency of our marketing funnel.Collaborate with strategic partners.Desired Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge of storage use cases and competitive landscape both in the cloud and on-premises.Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.Inspirational leader; can inspire and motivate teams around a product vision and messaging.Excellent and creative written, spoken, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and customer-focused.Experience in identifying target audiences and creating content that engage, inform, and motivate.Minimum five years experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or similar role.Able to effectively create and build relationships internally and externally.Start-up experience is strongly preferred.Able to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail.
