A Day in the LifeWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Corporate Marketing, Global Brand and Sponsorships to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our company's brand awareness, familiarity, trust, and engagement among priority audiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to create compelling, data-driven integrated brand marketing campaigns and nurturing strong strategic partnerships.

Develop and Execute Corporate Marketing Strategies : Develop and execute comprehensive long-range marketing plans that align with corporate objectives. Lead the creation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share. Oversee the activation of strategic marketing initiatives to ensure effective execution and measurement of results.

Enhance and Scale Enterprise Brand Strategy and Platform:

Maintain and evolve the brand platform to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and effective. Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand and can effectively communicate the brand's value proposition. Foster a culture of brand alignment across the enterprise to maintain a consistent brand message and experience. Create tools and materials to empower employees to act as brand ambassadors.

Lead the Corporate Marketing, Global Brand and Sponsorship team : Manage several direct reports and their teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, supporting professional development and growth opportunities for team members. Guide large cross-functional team collaboration and integration across paid, earned, owned, shared, creative, insights, and measurement. Ensure all team members are clear on their objectives and KPIs, guide work and people leaders to ensure successful execution, and showcase those efforts to leadership.

Lead Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships : Identify and evaluate potential sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's objectives and values. Develop and implement sponsorship activation plans that maximize brand exposure and engagement. Manage relationships with sponsorship partners to ensure successful collaborations and drive stated impact and outcomes.

Deliver Data-driven impact : Analyze market research, insights, and marketing performance to make data-driven recommendations and optimizations. Provide regular measurement and impact reporting to senior leadership.

Resource Management : Manage budgets, prioritize, plan, and allocate resources (time, technology, talent, and dollars) effectively, and optimize investments to drive maximum impact.

Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years of experience (13+ with a graduate degree) in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership marketing role in-house.

10+ years of managerial experience.

Nice to have:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies and campaigns.

Experience in developing and managing corporate sponsorships.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies to diverse audiences.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage consumer insights and marketing performance.

Clear track record of using data to create objectives and KPIs for a campaign and team members, driving measurable results.

Demonstrated success in developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and a strong return on investment.

MBA is a plus.
