Marketing & Communications Manager , you will manage the production, execution and reporting of marketing, brand and communications campaigns across both traditional and digital channels. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications – Business Aviation and collaborate with other StandardAero marketing and communications personnel to achieve business goals and objectives.This role is multi-faceted with the ability to work with external partners and internal departments, interfacing enterprise-wide to achieve the common goal to promote StandardAero as a leading aircraft MRO services provider. If you have a passion for building media around a strategic message to resonate with your target audience, enjoy the art of multi-tasking combined with creative problem-solving, and live and breathe best practices in project management to execute campaigns flawlessly, then this role is for you!What you'll do:Manage the Business Aviation sector’s marketing and communications plan by ensuring high-quality marketing campaign production according to budgetary requirements, deadlines, ongoing project management and technical accuracy in order to promote the StandardAero brand according to the go-to-market strategy.Produce outputs that support the annual strategic marketing plan’s key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to achieve the following goals

as a team :

Create Brand Awareness: Actively promote the StandardAero brand in the market via effective use of TOFU (top of funnel) digital/print/physical branded content through various media channels including: advertising, publications, industry tradeshows, special events, social media, direct email, website, SEO/SEM, etc. in order to generate Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs).Build Interest: Nurture MQLs with MOFU (middle of funnel) targeted integrated marketing campaigns by partnering with sales and commercial leaders to develop quality engagement touches that resonate with specific buyer personas.Develop Preference: Develop BOFU (bottom of funnel) tactics that are personalized, relevant and timely directed at Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) by using an array of tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Showpad and the company app with goal to convert leads to customers.Reinforce Loyalty: Drive customer retention through continuous development of an excellence customer experience, on-going customer communication touches, and management of sector voice of the customer activities.

Lead strategic planning for marketing communications campaigns related to promotional activities, events, branding initiatives, creative agency projects and third-party advertising, publication and association sponsorships and media placements.Collaborate and brainstorm ideas for execution of marketing/communications materials with the larger corporate team including digital marketing and communications specialist, systems analysts, events manager, and branding specialists.Monthly Operating Procedures: Track and report KPIs covering all media, event, and other campaign data and activities – highlighting areas of improvement in quality and quantity to achieve annual plan.Support sector strategic communications efforts including drafting copy and visuals for multi-channel deployment to support the promotion of sales, marketing and site activities internally as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.Carry out additional projects as assigned.What you'll need:Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.Minimum of 6 years of directly related marketing/communications experience.Proven track record of managing the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of both traditional and digital B2B marketing concepts.Expert at crafting project briefs for internal staff and external creative agencies.Passionate about gathering technical subject matter expert inputs in order to fuel campaign asset development and production.Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, event and project management skills.Creative thinking, adaptability and problem-solving abilities a must.Copywriting: Must have solid copywriting skills demonstrated by past work examples.Motivated, energetic, deadline-driven, business professional that can create and maintain materials to support achievement of corporate sales, marketing, and communications goals.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Monday Project Management, Box File Storage.Motivated, energetic, marketing professional that can create and maintain marketing materials to support sales in a highly technical environment.Up to 10% travel required.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.What is Preferred:4+ years of experience in aerospace/aviation industryMinimum of 3 years working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign) and/or Canva tools preferred.Benefits that make life better:Comprehensive Healthcare401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vestedPaid Time Off starting on day oneBonus opportunitiesHealth- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife & AD&D InsuranceLearning & Training opportunities
