A style advisor will strive to play a significant role in providing a personalized client experience and building strong client relationships, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targetsMaintain personal accountability for individual performance objectivesApply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channelsConsistently stay up to date with current market trends and competitorsMaintain understanding of the brand’s product knowledge for all product categories to best service client preferencesEmbody the Givenchy brand in each and every customer interaction with passion and enthusiasm while embracing our unique Givenchy Selling ceremonyUse their own unique STYLE in making guest experiences extraordinary, delivering memorable momentsDeepen and develop relationships with our guests to drive lifetime loyalty and spend to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plansCultivate new and existing guests with ongoing communication: using personalized handwritten notes, phone calls, and emailsCapture customer data through “discovery” of each guestImplement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique and personalized experiencesDrive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal product and key business essentialsTake proactive actions on the NPS performance and client feedbackIdentify loyal clients’ passions and social involvement in their community in order to create CSR opportunitiesPerform other duties as assigned: operations, visual merchandising, after care, inventory controlAdhere to all company policy and proceduresQualifications

1+ years sales, retail, hospitality or cross-industry experienceProven history of driving sales and resultsOffer engaging client interactionsExcellent communicator: written, speaking and listeningAnticipate client desires and concernsExcellent time managementService oriented: actively looking for ways to support clients and co-workersCollege level education preferredReports To:
