As a Product Designer at Land id, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our platform. You will collaborate with various product teams to translate user needs and business goals into elegant and user-friendly design solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative and innovative design process.Responsibilities
Contribute and collaborate with a strong design team on all aspects of the product and brand.Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and project requirements.Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.Design intuitive and highly visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design elements.Understand and research how users think and apply your knowledge to the complete journey of a user and their product experience.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging design technologies.Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.Experience with prototyping tools and methods.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.Apply
