Creative Support Designer

CREATIVE SUPPORT DESIGNERCome join our team!The Creative Support Designer role is an entry level role which focuses on supporting the Design department and will handle time-sensitive tasks. You will be working in tandem with designers to get products into the hands of customers.The right person will be skilled in the industry-standard Adobe applications, highly organized, detail-oriented, interested in pop culture and fashion, and be able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.Duties include but are not limited to:Body and colorway changes to existing designLicensor and Customer revisionsPreparing files for the Production Art teamFile creation for Make On Demand servicesProduct and Lifestyle Images for retailers/AmazonBasic photography and photo editingT-shirt CAD (mockup) creationOrganization of creative assets including Style GuidesCataloging and Naming of design filesMoving style guide graphics onto productsOpportunity to assist w/ design and package creationMust HavesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or related fieldProficient with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorGeneral knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe BridgeGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficeComfortable navigating and organizing file directoriesA love for pop culture and t-shirtsNice to HavesGraphic apparel experience (not apparel design)Licensing Industry experienceGraphic design within the retail industryIndustry experience not exclusive to freelance workProduct photography experienceYour Know-HowExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with ability to function independently as well as in a team-based environment.Process-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solvingDetail-oriented and deadline driven
