Content and Design Coordinator

will be involved in all phases of design and field offer development collateral – from initial concept, sourcing, and project management all the way through design to completion – for various projects intended to assist and strengthen the brand identities of both the nationwide corporate brand and its collective of partners ranging through 17+ states.The

Content and Design Coordinator

will play a role in a variety of design projects, including but not limited to: comprehensive campaign and brand kit design, logos, storyboards, brochures, direct mail campaigns, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, newsletters, website, trade show collateral, presentations, proposals, on-site safety and protocol documents, and more.It’s a plus for candidates who have experience behind a camera, both with photography and videography, and are able and willing to travel to Forefront partners across the country for content creation sessions.We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a HYBRID environment (3 days in St. Clair Shores-based office, two days at-home, if preferred), and can be comfortable and effective working both in a collaborative, team-oriented office and solo at-home. Our ideal candidate works efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, is highly organized, and strives for detailed, polished results every time.This position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Communications & Brand.Responsibilities:Lead and manage both corporate and offer development graphic design projects, collaborating with both corporate marketing and field directors to meet deadlines.Collaborate with internal partners to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.In partnership with the marketing team, develop and implement design guidelines, standards, and processes to maintain consistency across all visual materials.Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to: comprehensive campaign and brand kit design, logos, storyboards, brochures, direct mail campaigns, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, newsletters, website, trade show collateral, presentations, proposals, on-site safety and protocol documents, and more.Oversee the production and printing processes, when necessary, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of Forefront’s visual output.Maintain company digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files, ensuring easy access for future use.Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of projects when required.Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal and external stakeholders.Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications.Skills and Requirements:Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in video editing software and Google Workspace tools is a plus.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.Strong project management skills, with the ability to envision the project from start to finish.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work even under potentially tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, and their visual requirements.
