To succeed, candidates will need to be dependable, customer service oriented, total team players, professional in appearance, and good at communicating (both in writing and verbally).Responsibilities Of a Projects Team MemberBeing friendly and respectful towards customers.Fully buying in to the team-first, employee owner mentality.Attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in work product.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for mapping out the path to successful project delivery and collaborating with customers, consultants, and coworkers to progress along that path. This involves:Reading contract documents to understand our scope of work.Creating, updating, and maintaining project plans and schedules.Updating and maintaining cost estimates and issue logs.Conducting project meetings to provide status updates to stakeholders and taking accurate meeting minutes.Negotiating and preparing change orders.Procuring equipment, materials, and subcontractors.Requirements Of The PositionA bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area of knowledge is preferred.Active current PMP certification is mandatory.Experience delivering solutions to outside customers is mandatory.3+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent $2MM+ telecommunications, data center, or network deployment projects for external customers.Digital RF and microwave system deployment experience is preferred.Site/facility development experience is also valued.Experience leading in-person presentations to customers and stakeholders.Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Must have a valid US Driver's license, must pass a pre-employment drug screen, & background check.MUST LIVE in Florida.Veteran Friendly Employer
