DESCRIPTION

Re-imagine Amazon's moderation platforms. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager Technical who will obsess over the moderation customer experience, deliver best-in-class moderation products, and unlock new revenue opportunities for Amazon's advertising business.

The mission of the Advertising Trust team is to guide advertisers through the trust lifecycle of policy, moderation, and ad placement across Amazon advertising. We create advertiser trust and protect the shopper experience across billions of ads worldwide.

Key job responsibilitiesYou will define and drive product strategy and roadmaps for DSP moderation.You will talk to internal and external customers regularly to find out what they need, but also to keep a firm pulse on where the industry is trending.You'll work with other advertising teams to deliver solutions from the moment of ad creation to the moment an ad is placed in front of a shopper.You are technical, data-driven, and get into the details, perform market analyses, usability studies, and study customer usage patterns to evolve features.

A day in the life• Work with customers to understand their use cases and existing solutions.• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the product roadmaps.• Fluently translate customer needs into solutions across UI and APIs.• Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.• Partner with multiple teams across geographic locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution.• Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.• Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams as well as external customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience.- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with online advertising, infrastructure, and demand-side or supply-side platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
