Leveraging your extensive experience in marketing strategy, strategic planning, and business/corporate strategy, you will collaborate closely with clients to develop comprehensive and forward-thinking marketing plans aligned with their overarching business goals.Your expertise in process design and improvement will enable you to streamline operations and enhance productivity, while your proficiency in budget management and forecasting will ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Additionally, your knowledge of organizational strategy and design will empower you to help clients build agile and adaptive marketing teams capable of driving sustained growth.In your role, you will excel in cross-functional stakeholder management, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams to execute go-to-market strategies seamlessly. You will also play a key role in resource management, identifying talent gaps and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier marketing talent.Through your strategic guidance and operational expertise, you will empower our clients to navigate complex market landscapes, seize growth opportunities, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. As a trusted advisor, you will drive tangible results and help our clients unlock their full potential in the ever-evolving world of marketing and business.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine annual plans, goals, and strategies for consumer and/or business marketing organizationsDefine ways of working across cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, product, creative, etc.)Support marketing leadership team with organizational strategy and designSet and manage marketing budgets, and ensure accurate and consistent financial trackingBuild investment cases and incremental asksDefine and implement cross-functional processes and operating modelsDefine and track organizational OKRsBe a thought advisor to the marketing leadership team and lead strategic initiatives as neededMinimum RequirementsMust reside in the New York City Metropolitan AreaBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field6+ years of marketing strategy experience with a track record of driving impactful marketing strategies and operational efficiencies5+ years of management consulting or agency experienceExperience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholdersDeep understanding and practical experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesSkills & Attributes for SuccessA solid team player with an independent thinker’s mentalityOrganized, deadline-driven, and able to multitaskAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetResults-oriented, self-directed, endlessly curious, and entrepreneurial-mindedStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsCompensation & BenefitsAssociate Manager Level - New York & California base compensation for this opportunity ranges between $133,000 and $139,000.
