Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across various social media platforms to engage audiences and promote brand visibility. This role involves analyzing performance metrics to refine social media strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:

Develop engaging and creative content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives across multiple social media platforms.Strategy Development:

Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.Analytics:

Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and posts using analytics tools to gauge success and areas for improvement.Community Engagement:

Interact with followers and users through social media channels, responding to queries and fostering a positive community around the brand.Trend Monitoring:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of social media marketing.Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to integrate social media with all marketing and promotional campaigns.Brand Consistency:

Ensure that all content shared on social media aligns with the brand’s identity and messaging across all channels.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Passionate about nonprofit work and committed to making a positive impact in the community.
