Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThe Large Enterprise Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager is responsible for the execution of Marketing intersection within the customer journey, including education and follow-through with Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Sales Development Representatives (SDR). The primary goals are to increase the funnel, accelerate the funnel, and retain at-risk customers.LocationThis is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesTrack organization penetration and gaps in targets within strategic accounts.Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.Interface with Sales & Customer Success teams to determine enablement needs.Strategy and execution of compelling customer journeys in support of customer relationship building, including renewals.Liaison with Customer Experience (CX) to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to securing and expanding customer relationships, enhancing personalized customer experiences, and ultimately driving business growth.Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities.Track lead flow to ensure timely follow-up by sales channels.Identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts.Document campaigns and results for senior leadership and sellers.What We Look For in a Candidate4-7 years of experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.Deep knowledge of demand generation mix including email marketing, direct mail, social media, online marketing, channel marketing, webinars.Motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude.Ability to partner with various teams and internal stakeholders to drive results.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
