As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate professionals. You’ll manage projects, create engaging content, and utilize state-of-the-art marketing tools to drive client success. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various digital marketing disciplines while working in a dynamic, flexible environment.

ResponsibilitiesManage marketing projects using Asana, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction

Create and schedule compelling social media content using platforms like Later.com

Design eye-catching graphics with Canva for various marketing campaigns

Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact and MailChimp

Assist with client management and project coordination tasks

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies

Requirements

Strong English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana

Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools

Basic graphic design skills, especially with Canva (Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge a plus)

Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Constant Contact and MailChimp

Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn new skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
