You'll play a vital role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our local and regional clients across the United States.
Please note this role is remote however you must live in the DFW for occasional team gatherings.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGCampaign Execution:
Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google Search, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Spotify, ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives and KPIs.Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to make informed optimizations and drive ROI.Strategic Insights:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign strategies, recommending innovative approaches and tactics to achieve superior results.Budget Management:
Maintain meticulous control over campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing returns.Platform Expertise:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices across all relevant advertising platforms, adapting strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.QUALIFICATIONSHands-on Experience:
Prior experience or demonstrated interest in managing paid media campaigns across relevant platforms (Facebook, Google Search, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, and Spotify). This could include internships, coursework, personal projects, or other relevant experiences.Data-Driven Mindset:
Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making.Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change, and pivot strategies as needed.Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.Problem-Solving Skills:
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.Team Player:
Collaborative and positive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment.Education:
