Location: North Liberty, IowaThe Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing marketing projects. This role will create project timelines, oversee processes, ensure deadlines are met, and measure success. $79,173.90 - $105,966.64 with a progressive benefit package.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards in conducting GreenState's mission and vision.Demonstrates a positive member service (internal and external) focus at all times.Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and in the completion of all duties and responsibilities.Ensures confidentiality of member information.Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment.Creates the master marketing calendar and manages project timelines.Coordinates campaigns in collaboration with relevant team members and departments.Manages internal legal and compliance processes.Assists with proofing marketing content.Responsible for the planning, production, proofing, and distribution of marketing campaigns and materials. Coordinates printing/delivery of marketing materials.Ensures campaigns and collateral meet project deadlines.Implements campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.Acts as marketing team liaison for internal and external projects implementations.Measures success of marketing promotions and analyzes reporting.Utilizes internal communications processes to ensure all staff are updated on promotions.Measures results and effectiveness of the Credit Union’s marketing efforts and reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director.Job Requirements/Expectations:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business and/or equivalent years' experience required.Three to five years of similar or related work experience.Strong organization skills (planning and prioritizing) and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) are critical in this position.Experience with writing professional communications.Attention to detail, and high scanning accuracy with special emphasis on proofreading and layout review.Strong interpersonal skills required for internal and external Credit Union communications.Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs, including the Microsoft Office application suite.Ability, availability, and willingness to work additional hours as demanded by the workload and the credit union’s rapidly changing competitive environment.Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.Must be bondable.Reporting Relationship:Reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position is not responsible for the supervision of others.Equal Opportunity Employment Statement:GreenState Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
