Job Description:We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Communications Associate to join our Pattern Promotions team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about communications and eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance our clients' brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Support the creation and implementation of communication strategies
Draft and edit content for press releases, social media, and promotional materials
Assist in managing client communication channels, including social media and email campaigns
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Monitor industry trends and media coverage, providing insights and recommendations
Coordinate events and promotional activities as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation of communication activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with social media management tools
Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player
