The candidate will assist the marketing department members:Coordinate firm events (in-person and virtual), meetings, Women's Initiative sessionsExecute event and annual organization sponsorshipsConceptualize and/or design digital and print marketing collateral, adsMaintain firm's social media accounts; create post images; manage content with a social media calendar; interpret analytics to fulfill clients' needs and aid in business development efforts; train attorneys and staff on platformsEmail marketing (Mailchimp): import new clients to practice group lists, update contact records; design templates; send eblastsResearch, select and order promotional items; maintain inventoryMedia relations - drafting press releases and creating targeted distribution listsPrepare pitch brochuresCoordinate market recognition efforts, including award nominations and legal directory submissions, i.e.,
