Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to meet their requirements. You will utilize our CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and ensure follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent phone communication skills with a clear and friendly voice.
Strong ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
