As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital product set. Other duties may be assigned.Conceptualization & Ideation : Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user insights into actionable design concepts. Generate ideas and iterate on design solutions through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.Interaction Design : Create intuitive and seamless user interactions through the design of user flows, navigation systems, and interactive prototypes. Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints of the user journey.Visual Design : Develop visually appealing interface designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall user experience. Create high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for implementation.Usability Testing & Iteration : Help to conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes and validate design decisions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability findings to continually improve the user experience.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, engineering, and other cross-functional roles to ensure alignment and integration of design efforts throughout the product development lifecycle. Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices.Design System Contribution : Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, including design patterns, components, and documentation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Leadership ResponsibilitiesNoneQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education/and or experience in UX design or similar will be considered.7+ years of experience in user experience design.Must have experience designing and leading efforts for mobile applications and responsive design.Must be able to juggle competing priorities and provide structure for oneself and the team.Must be proficient with design & prototyping tools such as Sketch, Marvel, Adobe Suite, and Figma.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsNonePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
