We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Social Media Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for engaging with our target audience. The ideal candidate would be a High School or College Student or a person with experience in Social Media who is interested in a part-time role.RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends, and implement them in our social media strategy.QUALIFICATIONS
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.Familiarity with Canva is a plus.Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hourState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
