Job SummaryAre you a digital enthusiast with a craft for creating compelling online experiences? If you’re passionate about creativity within the digital realm and have a knack for managing email marketing and creating content, then we’d love for you to join our Masterbrand & Community team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

In this role you will support, maintain, and enhance the integrity of Wilton’s digital properties, collaborating with eCommerce, IT, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Key aspects of your responsibilities include development, curation, and optimization of digital content along with advancing the organization’s CRM efforts.

Essential Responsibilities

Develops, executes, and analyzes email and SMS communications plans, ensuring creative and strategic alignment with overarching brand strategy and marketing calendar.

Implements consumer journey mapping and audience segmentation strategies, A/B testing, and data-backed targeted campaigns for email and SMS, and provides detailed reporting on results.

Creates monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and analysis on CRM, collaborating with peers and agencies to provide integrated marketing insights that drive optimization of marketing programs.

Manages the creation and optimization of Wilton’s digital product content and enhanced content for eCommerce.

Oversees updates and maintenance of website integrations.

Manages agency execution of SEO strategies, providing actionable suggestions based on findings.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years Digital Marketing experience in CPG is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in creating and reporting on email automation (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and MailChimp platforms is preferred but not required).

Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Amazon, Walmart.com, Salsify/PIM, Widen/DAM, CRM, SMS, and Google Business Suite, including content requirements.

Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

Ability to make minor digital image, copy and video asset edits.

Strengths in critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving and project management.

Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Physical Demands

Professional office environment, sedentary in nature.

Routinely use standard office equipment such as laptop computers, monitors/keyboards, printers, and telephones.

Processes information and communicate effectively with others.
